How the body connects

The chain behind sports injuries

Injuries expose the weakest link under load. A limited ankle or an unstable core forces another joint to over-work until it gives. We assess movement patterns across the whole chain so we're rehabbing the cause, not just the site.

It all runs through one system: your nervous system reads the chain of fascia, muscles and ligaments and decides how you move, brace and feel pain. Change the input, and the output changes.

We'll assess in office

We don't guess. In your visit we test movement, strength and how your nervous system is loading the whole chain — foot to skull — to uncover the weak areas and determine the true root of the issue. Then we build your plan around exactly what we find.

Where it shows up: Pelvis & Sacrum
Why it connects

With sports injuries, where it shows up isn't always where it starts.

Athletic force travels from the ground, through the pelvis, to the arms. Injuries often happen at the link where that transfer breaks down — even if it hurts somewhere else.
