Hip Pain
The hip sits at the center of the chain. We examine how it shares load with the low back and knee.
The chain behind hip pain
Hips translate every step into rotation for the spine. Tight fascia or a weak foot on one side changes hip mechanics, and the pelvis and low back absorb the difference. We assess the ankles, knees and pelvis together to see what the hip is really compensating for.
It all runs through one system: your nervous system reads the chain of fascia, muscles and ligaments and decides how you move, brace and feel pain. Change the input, and the output changes.
We don't guess. In your visit we test movement, strength and how your nervous system is loading the whole chain — foot to skull — to uncover the weak areas and determine the true root of the issue. Then we build your plan around exactly what we find.
With hip pain, where it shows up isn't always where it starts.
The hips are the body's power engine, sitting between the pelvis and the knee. Hip pain often reflects how the pelvis is positioned and how the foot and knee are steering the leg below.
