Knee Pain
The knee often reflects what the hip and foot are doing. We assess the whole limb, not just the joint that hurts.
The chain behind knee pain
The knee is a hinge caught between the hip and the foot. When the ankle can't roll or the hip can't rotate, the knee twists to make up the difference. We look above and below the joint — foot, ankle, hip — to find the source of the strain, not just the sore spot.
It all runs through one system: your nervous system reads the chain of fascia, muscles and ligaments and decides how you move, brace and feel pain. Change the input, and the output changes.
We don't guess. In your visit we test movement, strength and how your nervous system is loading the whole chain — foot to skull — to uncover the weak areas and determine the true root of the issue. Then we build your plan around exactly what we find.
With knee pain, where it shows up isn't always where it starts.
The knee is a hinge caught between two bosses: the hip above and the foot below. When either loses control, the knee absorbs the twist.
Assessment & treatment paths
These connections are starting points for discussion — not guaranteed diagnoses. Your plan is always built from an individual assessment.
